V8-swapped W113 Pagoda SL restomod with modern running gear · Mercedes-Benz W113 'Pagoda' SL (New-Tech restomod)

The M-SL applies Mechatronik's New-Tech treatment to the W113 'Pagoda' SL, swapping the original 1960s straight-six for a 1997 Mercedes M113 4.3-litre V8 (~275bhp) that is lighter than the engine it replaces, mated to a 5-speed automatic. Upgrades include KW suspension, a limited-slip differential, ABS and larger S-Class-sourced front brakes, with builds limited to around five cars per year.
