Launched in 2004 on the 997, the RT12 was RUF's twin-turbo super-coupe, with the hotter RT12 R making up to 730 hp and a claimed 360-plus km/h. Available in rear- or all-wheel drive, it carried the BTR and CTR turbo bloodline into the modern water-cooled era.
