STORY

The Alfa Romeo 6, or Alfa 6, was a large executive saloon launched in 1979 as the brand's flagship, notable for debuting the 2.5-litre Busso V6 engine that would serve Alfa for decades. Its conservative styling and late arrival hampered sales against German rivals. A 1983 facelift updated the front and rear before production ended in 1987.
