STORY
Debuting in June 2018, the Audi Q8 became the flagship of Audi's SUV line, blending the raised practicality of an SUV with the sleeker roofline of a coupe. It sits above the Q7 as the design-led statement of the "Q" family.
Sharing its MLB Evo platform with the Q7, Bentley Bentayga and Porsche Cayenne, the Q8 offered mild-hybrid TFSI and TDI powertrains and, in SQ8 and RS Q8 forms, genuine high-performance credentials. It marked Audi's entry into the coupe-SUV segment pioneered by the BMW X6 and became the modern face of the brand at the top of its combustion-era SUV range.
