The Bentayga X Concept is a one-off study built on the Bentayga Speed, Bentley's first SUV, which entered production in 2016. Bentley revealed it on 30 January 2026 at the FAT Ice Race in Zell am See, Austria, as a way to gather customer feedback on a more off-road-focused Bentayga.
The car keeps the 650 PS 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, permanent four-wheel drive and eight-speed transmission. It adds a 120 mm wider track, 55 mm more ride height, 22-inch forged one-piece wheels by Brixton on off-road tyres, a wading depth over 550 mm, an Akrapovic titanium exhaust and a roof rack with four spotlights.
The reveal also opened a multi-year partnership between Bentley and FAT International, and the concept was shown again at the FAT Ice Race in Big Sky, Montana. Bentley has not confirmed production plans.
