STORY

The Lucerne was Buick's full-size flagship sedan from 2006 to 2011, replacing both the LeSabre and Park Avenue in a single model. It was notable as one of the last cars to offer GM's Northstar V8 alongside the 3.8-liter V6, wrapped in a quiet, softly sprung cabin aimed at traditional luxury buyers. It marked the end of Buick's big, comfort-focused sedans before the brand's modern reinvention.
