STORY

The Park Avenue began as a top trim on the Electra before becoming its own full-size flagship model, sold in North America from 1991 to 2005. Built on GM's front-wheel-drive C/G-body with the 3.8-liter V6, it offered supercharged Ultra versions and represented Buick's most luxurious traditional sedan. The name later lived on in China, where a separate Park Avenue model was sold for the local market.
