STORY

The XLR was Cadillac's two-seat luxury roadster, produced from 2004 to 2009 on the Corvette's Y-body platform with a retractable hardtop. It paired Northstar V8 power with distinctive Art & Science styling to challenge the Mercedes SL, and the supercharged XLR-V added more performance. Low volumes and a high price led to its discontinuation, so it is now a rare and collectible modern Cadillac.
