STORY

Caterham has built the Seven since 1973, when it took over a design that Colin Chapman first sold as the Lotus Seven in 1957. The car stays a small, light two-seat roadster, and the current range is wide. The Seven 160 uses a 0.66-litre three-cylinder engine with 80 PS and was added in 2013. Above it are the 310 with a 1.6-litre four-cylinder of 152 PS and the 360 with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder of 180 PS, both from 2015. The 620R is the most extreme version.
