STORY

The BenBen E-Star National Edition opened presale in late December 2020, according to a Thai site, and went on sale on 15 January 2021 at 29,800 yuan for the Xindong and 39,800 yuan for the Xinyue. The base car was rated at 150 km on the NEDC cycle, the top one at 301 km. Both used a 55 kW, 170 N·m electric motor, and the higher version came with a 31.18 kWh LFP or a 32.2 kWh ternary pack. An online deposit of 99 yuan was taken ahead of the sale.
