STORY
Changan showed the CS35 at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2012 and it reached the Chinese market in October of that year. The launch engine was a 1.6-litre with 92 kW (125 hp) and 160 N·m, with a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic. It measured 4,200 mm by 1,750 mm by 1,660 mm on a 2,550 mm wheelbase, and by October 2012 CarNewsChina already listed a 1.5-litre turbo in the range. The larger CS35 Plus followed in October 2018 and the CS15 debuted in 2015.
