CX70 1.6 MT

STORY

The CX70 was the first SUV from Changan's commercial-vehicle division, shown at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2016. The seven-seater uses a 2+3+2 layout, is 4,680 mm long and has a 2,780 mm wheelbase. It launched with a 1.6-litre engine of 117 PS (86 kW) and 150 N·m, paired only with a five-speed manual. The 1.5-litre turbo CX70T went on sale on 9 January 2017, according to Autohome, at 89,900 to 109,900 yuan, rated at 150 PS (110 kW) and 230 N·m, with a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic. Both engines were still on sale as 2018 model-year cars.
