STORY

Hunter is the export name of the Kaicene F70, a pickup from Changan's Kaicene commercial-vehicle brand that reached China in 2019 and was developed together with PSA. Peugeot sells a twin as the Landtrek. In July 2020 Changan began selling it in Chile as the Hunter with a single engine, a 1.9-litre turbodiesel (D20TCIE) of 150 hp and 350 N·m, and a six-speed manual. Buyers chose Comfort or Luxury, and four-wheel drive came only on the Luxury. The more upmarket Hunter Plus reached Russia in June 2023 and has its own entry.
