STORY

The Linmax is a seven-seat compact MPV that Changan launched in China in May 2017 under the Chinese name Lingxuan. It drew on the company's long experience with small commercial vehicles, and the Oushang A800 is a rebadged version sold by Changan's commercial division. It combined a compact footprint with three rows of seats and a petrol engine, first a 1.6-litre unit and later a 1.5-litre turbo, serving both family and light-commercial duty.
