STORY

The UNI-K made its debut at the Guangzhou show in November 2020 which Gasgoo calls the production version of the Vision-V concept, and became the second model of Changan's UNI line, after the UNI-T. It reached the market in late March 2021 as a mid-size SUV 4,865 mm long on a 2,890 mm wheelbase, with the Blue Whale 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine rated at 233 hp and an eight-speed Aisin automatic, in front- or four-wheel drive. In February 2023 the plug-in hybrid UNI-K iDD was priced from 187,900 to 215,900 yuan, with a 28.39 kWh LFP battery and 135 km of NEDC electric range.
