STORY
Changan announced its premium UNI line in February 2020 with the UNI-T as its first model. The compact SUV is 4,515 mm long on a 2,710 mm wheelbase, with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine rated at 132 kW and a seven-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox. The UNI-K followed in March 2021 as the second model of the line. A refreshed UNI-T reached Chinese showrooms in February 2023 in five trims priced from 115,900 to 139,900 yuan, now quoted at 138 kW and 300 N·m from the Blue Whale NE1.5T engine with the same seven-speed gearbox.
