Arrizo 5 GT 1.5T

STORY

The Arrizo 5 GT is the sporty version of Chery's Arrizo 5 compact sedan, not to be confused with the earlier Arrizo 5 shown at Guangzhou in 2015, which had a different body. It went on sale in China on 8 September 2022 with the Kunpeng 1.6-litre turbo rated 197 PS and 290 N·m and a seven-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox. For comparison, the 1.5-litre turbo in the Arrizo 5 Plus, launched in December 2020, made 156 PS and 230 N·m, so the GT's 1.6-litre turbo makes roughly 40 PS more.
