STORY
The eQ7, called Shuxiangjia in China, is a rear-drive electric SUV 4,675 mm long on a 2,830 mm wheelbase. Chery put it on sale on 12 September 2023 in six trims. The 67.12 kWh lithium iron phosphate version has 155 kW and 512 km of range on the CLTC cycle, while a smaller-battery version has 412 km. In April 2024 the importer in Uruguay opened pre-sales of the 67.12 kWh car at 41,990 US dollars, quoting the same 155 kW and 512 km, and a 2025 model-year update was reported in August 2024. Top speed is 180 km/h and the claimed 0 to 100 km/h time is 8 seconds.
