Kimo A1 1.3

STORY

The Kimo A1 is the name of the Chery A1 in Russia, Ukraine and some other markets, a five-door supermini designed by Bertone and shown at the 2007 Shanghai show as a key export model. Its engine is a 1.3-litre ACTECO four-cylinder with 61 kW and 114 Nm, and a five-speed manual. In May 2008 Chery was reported to expect to supply a Chrysler or Dodge-badged version for Mexico, but that Chrysler deal was called dead by November 2008. In January 2010 the Chery A1 reached Brunei at about 15,000 US dollars. For Australia, an importer targeted March 2009 and said the name might change because Audi already used A1.
