STORY

The QQ Ice Cream is Chery's small electric city car for the Chinese market, aimed at the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV, which had gone on sale in July 2020. Chery showed it at the Chengdu show on 29 August 2021 and opened pre-sale deposits on 25 October 2021 at 29,900, 37,900 and 43,900 yuan. It is a three-door, four-seater, 2,980 mm long on a 1,960 mm wheelbase, with a 20 kW motor, 85 Nm of torque and a top speed of 100 km/h. At pre-sale Chery quoted 120 and 170 km of range on the NEDC cycle, and official sales began on 28 December 2021.
