Tiggo 7 Plus 1.6T

STORY

The Tiggo 7 Plus went on sale in China on 27 September 2021 in nine versions, with a top price of 123,900 yuan. It was the upmarket version of the Tiggo 7 that Chery had launched on 9 March 2020, and kept its size: 4,500 mm long on a 2,670 mm wheelbase. The 1.5-litre turbo made 156 PS and 230 Nm with a six-speed manual or a CVT (a 48V mild hybrid version used the CVT too), and the 1.6-litre turbo made 197 PS and 290 Nm with a seven-speed dual-clutch. CarNewsChina covered the launch on 5 October 2021. A new Tiggo 7 Plus with the 1.5-litre turbo (115 kW, 230 Nm), a 4,530 mm body and a 24.6-inch screen went on sale on 17 June 2025.
