Tiggo 7L 1.6T

STORY

Chery released the first official images of the Tiggo 7L in China on 2 March 2026 and launched it on 8 April 2026. It is a rebadged Omoda C7 with a new front end, a 15.6-inch central screen and a 2,720 mm wheelbase. Two turbo petrol engines were offered, a 1.5 of 115 kW and a 1.6 of 147 kW and 310 Nm, both with a dual-clutch gearbox, and prices ran from 78,900 to 99,900 yuan for a limited time. Its first public showing followed at Auto China in Beijing in April 2026. The Omoda C7 it is based on went on sale in South Africa on 11 November 2025 with 145 kW and 290 Nm.
