STORY

Kingswood was the name of two separate Chevrolet full-size wagons. The first, for 1959 and 1960, was a nine-passenger four-door on the Bel Air line, with a rear-facing third-row jump seat, ranked between the six-passenger Parkwood and the Nomad. Chevrolet dropped it after two years, and for 1961 the Brookwood offered a third-row nine-passenger option. The name returned for 1969, and the Kingswood Estate was part of Chevrolet's full-size wagon line. For 1973 the name was retired and wagons took the Bel Air, Impala and Caprice names.
