STORY
The Spin made its world debut in São Paulo in June 2012, designed and engineered in Brazil, and GM said it would be built first at São Caetano do Sul. In Brazil the five-seat LT and seven-seat LTZ shared a 2,620 mm wheelbase, with a 1.8-litre Econo.Flex engine rated at 108 hp on ethanol and 106 hp on gasoline. GM also assembled the Spin in Bekasi, Indonesia, from 2013 to 2015. A facelift of 2024 reached Brazil for the 2025 model year, with a revised version of the 1.8 flex engine.
