Voyager

1996 – 2023

The Voyager minivan launched for 1984 as a Plymouth, and in Chrysler-badged form it was sold widely in export markets, then reintroduced in the United States as an entry-level minivan for 2020. It helped define the segment with its front-drive layout, sliding doors, and flexible seating.

The Story

Why the Voyager matters

The Chrysler Voyager is a minivan nameplate long used in export markets as the Chrysler-badged equivalent of the Plymouth and Dodge Voyager/Caravan. Across its generations it offered flexible seating, sliding doors, and V6 power in a segment Chrysler helped invent. The name was revived in North America for 2020 as a value-focused version of the Pacifica, and it stayed on sale through 2023.
