The C5 was Citroën's large family and executive car from 2001, continuing the marque's tradition of hydropneumatic comfort in the D-segment as a successor to the Xantia. The 2008 second generation was styled more conventionally and came as a saloon and a Tourer estate, with Hydractive 3+ suspension. It was sold in Europe until 2017, and the C5 X later took its place in spirit.
Mid-size car that carried Citroën's comfort tradition with hydropneumatic and later Hydractive suspension.
