STORY

The C6 was Citroën's luxury executive flagship from 2005. It was a large saloon whose concave rear window and flowing lines recalled the DS and CX. It had hydropneumatic Hydractive suspension and a pop-up bonnet for pedestrian protection, and it offered distinctly French luxury. Slow sales in a segment dominated by German rivals led to its discontinuation in 2012.
