STORY

The LNA was a small city car, the 1978 update of the LN that Citroën introduced in 1976. It was based on the shortened three-door Peugeot 104 bodyshell but kept Citroën's air-cooled flat-twin engine, now enlarged. It gave Citroën an entry-level supermini above the 2CV in the years after the PSA merger, and later versions got a four-cylinder Peugeot engine. Production continued to 1986, overlapping with the related Visa and Axel.
