STORY
The Dacia 1300 was the Renault 12 built under licence at Pitești, and it appeared in 1969. It followed the Dacia 1100, a licence-built Renault 8 produced from 1968 to 1972. The 1300 came as a sedan and an estate, and the updated 1310 followed in 1979. The family stayed in production for more than three decades under the 1310 and later names. The Dacia Logan, launched in 2004, was its successor.
