The Royale was Daewoo's executive line from 1983 to 1991, based on the Opel Rekord E with the front end of the Opel Senator. It included the Royale Salon, Super Salon, Royale Prince and Duke. The Imperial, with a 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine, was sold alongside it from 1989.
