The Midget, launched in 1957, is one of Japan's best-known light three-wheeled cargo vehicles and a sign of the country's postwar motorisation. Cheap, simple and easy to drive, the Midget became a common small-business hauler. It is still a nostalgic symbol of that era. Later versions gained an enclosed cab and a steering wheel in place of the original motorcycle-style handlebars.
