Deepal's mid-size crossover SUV and, together with the L07 sedan, the leader of its international expansion from late 2023 (sales in China from July 2024). It was pitched against the Tesla Model Y and comes as a BEV and as a range-extended EREV. It became the brand's global volume model in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
The Deepal S07 is a mid-size five-seat SUV and one of the brand's core models, sold worldwide as a key export product. It comes with battery-electric (BEV) and extended-range (EREV) powertrains built on Changan's EV platform, which combine everyday electric driving with long-range flexibility. The cabin has a rotating central touchscreen, an AR head-up display and driver-assistance technology, aimed at families and tech-minded buyers. It was first launched in 2023 as an evolution of the earlier S7, and it leads Deepal's international SUV push in Southeast Asia and Latin America.
