The 296 GT3 Evo, revealed 27 June 2025, is an evolution package for Ferrari's twin-turbo V6 customer GT3 racer, homologated for the 2026 season and offered as an upgrade kit to existing 296 GT3 teams. Its 3.0-litre V6 carries over with a revised gear-ratio cascade, alongside reworked front and rear aerodynamics, improved brake and cockpit cooling. Engine output is a Balance-of-Performance reference figure.

STORY

The 296 GT3 is Ferrari's customer racing car built to FIA GT3 regulations, replacing the 488 GT3. It uses a non-hybrid twin-turbo V6 derived from the road 296 and was developed with Oreca. It debuted competitively in 2023, taking class honours including at endurance events like Daytona.
