F512 M

1st gen (1991-1996) · 1994–1996RWD

The final evolution of the Testarossa line, built from 1994 to 1996. Its 4.9-litre flat-12 rose to 440 hp, while fixed headlights replaced the pop-up units and round tail lights closed off the tail. With just 501 made, it was the rarest and most developed of the series, the last mid-engine flat-12 road Ferrari before the front-engine 550 Maranello.

STORY

The 512 TR debuted in 1991 as a comprehensive revision of the Testarossa, with its 4.9-litre flat-12 uprated to 428 hp. Ferrari reworked the suspension, brakes, gearbox and interior while refining the aerodynamics and front-end styling. It served as the mid-life development of the Testarossa line before the F512 M of 1994 closed out the series.
