STORY

The Dino 246 GT, produced from 1969, was the mid-engined V6 sports car sold under the Dino marque rather than the Ferrari badge, honouring Enzo Ferrari's late son Alfredo 'Dino' Ferrari. It used a 2.4-litre V6 and was Pininfarina-styled, developing the earlier 206 GT with a larger engine and steel body. An open-top 246 GTS targa joined the range, and it is regarded as a landmark in Ferrari's road-car history.
