STORY

Ferrari presented the SF90 Stradale on 29 May 2019. The name marks 90 years of Scuderia Ferrari, founded in 1929. It was the maker's first plug-in hybrid: a twin-turbo V8 of 780 CV works with three electric motors adding 220 CV, for 1,000 CV in total, or 986 hp. One motor sits behind the engine on the eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox and two drive the front wheels, which makes it all-wheel drive. Press figures give 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds. The SF90 Spider, the open-top version with a retractable hardtop and the same 1,000 CV, followed on 12 November 2020.
