The Fiat 500e is the fully electric third-generation 500, launched in 2020 on an all-new EV-specific platform rather than a converted petrol car. It is slightly larger than the combustion 500 and has a modern interior, up to around 320km of range and fast charging. It is built at Turin's historic Mirafiori plant. It was also sold in collectible 500 'la Prima' launch editions and with a rare 3+1 body that has an extra rear-hinged door.
The Fiat 500e is the fully electric version of the 500 city car. Its new generation launched in 2020 on a dedicated battery platform. It keeps the pleasant proportions of the petrol model, runs silently and has a range that is useful in the city. The 500e is part of Fiat's plan to electrify its range in Europe.
