STORY

The 500L is a five-door mini MPV that Fiat showed formally at the Geneva show in March 2012, with a media introduction in Turin on 4 July 2012. It is built at the Kragujevac plant in Serbia, inaugurated on 16 April 2012, where pre-production cars were built the day after the opening and series production followed at the end of May 2012. A lengthened seven-seat version, the 500L Living, followed in Europe in 2013. The 500,000th car left the line in early 2018.
