STORY

The Evos is a Chinese-market crossover coupe built by Changan Ford. Ford unveiled it at Auto Shanghai in April 2021, and sales began at the Guangzhou show on 19 November 2021 at 199,800 to 259,800 yuan. The press first read it as a replacement for the Mondeo. A Ford of Europe spokesperson said there were no plans to bring it to Europe, and North America was not expected to get it either. In June 2024 Changan Ford relaunched it at the Chongqing auto show as the Mondeo Sport, the name it has carried since.
