STORY

GX3 is the export name of the small crossover Geely sold in China as the Yuanjing X3, also called Vision X3. It was revealed in July 2017 on the Englon SC5-RV base, with the same 1.5-litre engine retuned from 94 to 102 hp, and went on sale in China in August 2017. A first-anniversary edition in August 2018 cost 67,900 yuan with a four-speed automatic. The facelifted Yuanjing X3 Pro followed in China in April 2021. Geely Uruguay was selling the GX3 Pro by February 2023, a 1.5-litre of 102 hp with a CVT, imported from China.
