Geely sold this sedan in China as the Jingang (KingKong) and abroad as the MK. It was listed from 26 May 2006 at 66,800 to 85,800 yuan in four trims, with 1.5 and 1.6 litre petrol engines, and a nationwide launch followed in late August 2006. The body is 4,342 mm long on a 2,502 mm wheelbase. In August 2009 Geely was reported to be negotiating kit assembly of the MK with the Russian firm Derways, planned from October, and the Russian press dates the start of assembly at Cherkessk to 2010.
