The first hybrid CR-V for the US arrived for 2020 with a 2.0 L petrol engine and electric motors giving 212 hp and 315 N m through a single-speed transmission. This all-wheel-drive car was sold until 2022 and brought hybrid power to the fifth generation. A propeller shaft drives the rear axle.
