The 1.6 VTi was the high-performance del Sol for Europe, sold from 1993 to 1998. Its 1.6 L VTEC four-cylinder makes 160 PS and drives the front wheels through a manual gearbox. It was the quickest of the range there.

STORY

The Honda CR-X del Sol was a front-engine, front-wheel-drive targa-top two-seater sold from 1992 as the successor to the CR-X. It featured a removable roof panel that stowed in the trunk, with a power-operated TransTop system offered on some markets that automatically stowed the roof. It was discontinued in 1998 without a direct replacement.
