The del Sol Si is the mid-range version, sold from 1993 to 1997. Its 1.6 L four-cylinder petrol engine makes 125 hp and 144 N m. It sat between the base S and the VTEC model, with a bigger engine than the S but without the high-revving top end of the VTEC.

STORY

The Honda CR-X del Sol was a front-engine, front-wheel-drive targa-top two-seater sold from 1992 as the successor to the CR-X. It featured a removable roof panel that stowed in the trunk, with a power-operated TransTop system offered on some markets that automatically stowed the roof. It was discontinued in 1998 without a direct replacement.
