Legend 2.7 Coupe (KA3) arrived in Japan in 1987 and ran to 1990. The 2.7-litre V6 produces 180 PS, with front-wheel drive and an automatic gearbox. It was the two-door body of the first generation and shared its 180 PS engine with the sedan. The coupe appeared in February 1987, after the sedan had been on sale since 1985.

STORY

The Honda Legend, sold as the Acura RL/Legend in North America, was Honda's flagship sedan first introduced in 1985. Later generations pioneered Honda's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive and Sport Hybrid SH-AWD systems. The final KC2 generation became the world's first production car type-approved for SAE Level 3 automated driving with Honda Sensing Elite in 2021.
