STORY

The Honda Horizon was not a Honda design. It was Isuzu's Bighorn, built by Isuzu and sold by Honda in Japan from 11 February 1994, under a basic agreement with Isuzu on mutual product supply, after the Land Rover-based Crossroad and the Isuzu Mu-based Jazz of 1993. Honda changed the grille and seat trim and added automatic climate control and a six-speaker audio system. Engines were a 3.2-litre V6 and a 3.1-litre turbodiesel. The same truck was sold in the United States as the Acura SLX, from the 1996 model year.
