US Sport AWD CVT

2nd gen (RU) · 2019–2022AWD

The all-wheel-drive Sport was offered in the US between 2019 and 2022. It keeps the 1.8-litre four-cylinder at 141 hp and 174 N m with a CVT, and brings the Sport grade's more assertive styling. The engine is unchanged, so the appeal is a sportier look with extra traction.

STORY

The Honda HR-V debuted in 1998 as an early compact crossover on the Logo/Civic platform, then was discontinued in 2006. The nameplate returned in 2015 with a new model derived from the Fit and sold in Japan as the Vezel, followed by a third generation in 2021. It has grown into one of Honda's key global compact SUVs.
