STORY

Jade began as a Dongfeng Honda car for China. Honda showed it as the Concept S at the Beijing show in April 2012, named it Jade at the Shanghai show on 20 April 2013, and launched it on 6 September 2013 with a 1.8-litre engine, in five-seat and "4+α" three-row forms from 149,800 yuan. Honda's Japanese release followed on 12 February 2015 for sale on 13 February, a six-seat hybrid on a low-floor platform with a 1.5-litre i-DCD system, and the 1.5-litre VTEC turbo Jade RS joined on 28 May 2015. Honda's Japanese archive lists the Jade until July 2020.
