The Lagreat launched in 1999 as the Japanese-market version of the second-generation American Odyssey (RL1), built at Honda's plant in Alliston, Ontario. It was a bigger minivan than the domestic Odyssey, with a 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine. Early cars had a four-speed automatic and 205 PS, and a later update brought a five-speed automatic and 240 PS. It was built as a single generation. Production ended in 2005, and Honda's Elysion took over the large minivan role.
The Lagreat is a large minivan sold in Japan from 1999 to 2005, powered by a 3.5-litre V6 and front-wheel drive. It was the Japanese version of the larger North American Odyssey and sat above the domestic Odyssey in size.
