The JC1 is the front-drive, naturally aspirated Life of the final generation, built for Japan from 2008 to 2014. Its 0.66 L three-cylinder makes 52 PS and drives through a four-speed automatic. Honda's N-series kei cars took over from the Life after production ended in 2014.

STORY

The Honda Life was a kei car sold in Japan, revived in 1997 and continuing through several generations as a tall, practical five-door hatchback. It competed in Japan's 660cc kei-car class with front- and all-wheel-drive options. It was discontinued in 2014, with the N-series kei cars taking its place.
